November 15, 2006 -- JD Edwards Training Classes

brij, your JD Edwards solutions partner, is announcing two classes to be held in conjunction with our hosting of the JD Edwards Southeast-Carolinas User Group meeting (www.jdedwardsse.org) on November 16. On the day before the meeting, November 15, we will be holding another Advanced Pricing class, but this time for World users, and our second class will be ERW Tips and Techniques, for EnterpriseOne users.

November 15: JD Edwards World – Advanced Pricing
Taught on version A 7.3, this class will provide an excellent overview of the Advanced Pricing functionality. Upon completion of this class, students will be able to understand and work with:

      -base pricing
      -buying structures
      -schedules and adjustments
      -additional adjustments such as: direct price adjustments, free goods      
       adjustment, goods catalog, accrual adjustments, and rebate adjustments
      -re-pricing

November 15: JD Edwards EnterpriseOne – ERW Tips & Techniques
Catering to a very popular topic and applicable to any version of EnterpriseOne, this class will highlight some key areas in the Enterprise Report Writer which will make you a much more intelligent user. Topics for the class will include:

      -set up and attach processing options
      -add advanced logic to reports
      -set up and use business functions
      -use basic troubleshooting tools
      -use table I/O to update tables
      -set up reports to call other reports

Classes will be held at the Valleybrook Technical Center located next to brij’s home offices; classes will begin at 8:30 am and will be finished by 4:30 pm.

The cost for either class will be:

      -$450 for anyone attending the Users Group meeting the following day
      -$600 for anyone who will not be attending the Users Group meeting
